Een visuele impressie van onze workshop Adem, Focus & Cold Exposure van afgelopen zondag in de schitterende Yogastudio Yoia in Schiedam. Weer een fantastische groep mensen, die het stuk voor stuk geweldig hebben gedaan. Niets mooier dan je eigen kracht te (her)ontdekken. Dank aan alle Deelnemers en in het bijzonder aan Romanie voor het hosten van onze workshop.

A visual impression of our workshop of last Sunday at the beautiful Yogastudio Yoia in Schiedam. Again a fantastic group of people and every single one did an amazing 'job'.
